I was pleasantly surprised by the unique concept of Richemont Hotel. It was not only a comfortable place to stay, but also a cookery/bakery school! The lake views were stunning, and the convenience of buses into the city right outside the hotel made exploring Lucerne a breeze. The food and service in the hotel restaurant were excellent, particularly the breakfast. I highly recommend this hotel for its unique experience and great location.

This hotel is perfectly situated with easy access to public transportation. It is right on the 24 bus line, making it very convenient to get in and out of Lucerne. The staff was friendly and the basic amenities provided were satisfactory. Our room on the second floor had an excellent view and comfortable twin beds. The breakfast offered a wide variety of bread, with at least 20 different types, all of top quality.
All in all, our stay at this hotel was excellent and we had no complaints.

I had a great time during my holiday at this hotel. the staff was very kind and accommodating, providing a baby bed and high chair for my little one without even asking. They also gave us a bus pass for easy city transportation. the location is super convenient, only a 10 minute bus ride to the old town. the room was clean, spacious, and had a very comfortable bed. the breakfast spread was amazing, with a variety of delicious foods to choose from.
After 5pm, everything seemed to shut down and we were confused about how to enter and exit the building. the restaurant staff could have been more welcoming and helpful with the menu, especially since we didn't speak the local language.

Great breakfast and friendly staff. The hotel location near the lake is wonderful, perfect for nature lovers. The free bus ticket to go around the city is a plus.
The hotel's opening hours are very restrictive, which makes it difficult to come and go at will. During the weekend and after 5 pm, entering the building is cumbersome, and there's no help available.
